We are a barber shop – so we shave, trim and cut men’s hair.
A place to hang out, have a laugh, and get a quality tidy up. Walk away having had a great haircut, relaxing shave or beard trim, and a nice drink.
We take predominantly walk ins but do also offer appointments. In order to book an appointment, you must have a Dutch bank account and appointments can only be booked online.
COFFEE
Our baristas are passionate about good coffee and a great experience. We welcome everyone for a coffee.

Wicked haircut
Wicked haircut, great atmosphere and friendly staff. I got a cut and beard trim and was really happy with the barber. Best burgers in town for after your cut as well! Great new co*cktails. Get that american barman to make you a paradise margarita!

I love the guys and the ambient. Everything goes smooth, they cut your hair like masters.

Been twice, once to old shop and once the new one. Same horrible experience

nog nooit zo slecht…
Ik ging altijd met veel plezier naar de oude vestiging maar na 3keer de nieuwe te hebben bezocht ga ik hier nooit meer heen… de laatste keer ben ik door een jonge gozer geknipt en de overloop was nog nooit zo slecht…

A horrible experience
A horrible experience. This is one of the most unpleasant shops you can visit in Amsterdam. The staff ignore you and the when you finally after 5 minutes manage to interrupt the conversation they are having with each other they are dismissive and rude.
They charge high prices but deliver low service. Do yourself a favour and give this shop a miss

Absolutely disgraceful standard of work
I went there with a full faced beard. The beard trim they gave me was so bad that I had to shave the rest of it off when I arrived home. Absolutely disgraceful standard of work, they completely
ignored basic hygiene as well. Their claim that they are “world class” must be purely ironic

love this place
I’ve been going to Cut Throat for about 8 months and absolutely love this place. In the short time I’ve been going to them, I’ve seen how they are Always taking steps to improve their service and customer experience. Each of the barbers give you their best cut every time, like you’re their first client of the day. I like Roberto…he’s Always on his best, and incredibly nice. I actually look forward to each time i go in for my haircut.

Slechte kappers en erg duur
De kappers komen niet erg bekwaam over, luisteren niet naar de wens van de klant (spreken ook geen Nederlands) en zijn meer met elkaar bezig dan met de klant.
Gevolg; niet het kapsel dat ik wilde en een baard die te kort getrimd is.
Wel zijn ze super duur!

Ordinaire stoelen verhuur
The barbers in this shop do not belong to this shop they are all freelancers.
There is no cohesion.
So if someone makes a mistake there is no incentive for their "colleagues" to help out.
Everybody just stays on their own little island.
My beard was cut lopsided because the young barber doing it was constantly talking to other customers and "colleagues" and not paying attention.

Stoelen verhuur geen eigen personeel.
Is een stoelen verhuur, kappers helpen elkaar niet. Dus als jou kapper iets fout doet laten ze hem begaan. Zijn geïnteresseerder in tof doen dan knippen.
